Gracie Hathhorn

Home is where the heart is, so I guess my home will always be Memphis! I graduated from the University of Memphis in 2020 with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and shortly after decided to get my master’s degree in Strategic Communications. Upon graduating, I found myself wanting to explore new places which led to a brief move to Kansas City, MO. I loved it there (Go Chiefs!), but something always pulled me back to Memphis. I decided to move back home which was bittersweet, but being back in the city I called home for so many years brought a sense of permanent belonging and nostalgia.

I have always enjoyed talking to people, so joining Paradigm as an account coordinator and digital strategist was right up my alley! Discussing projects, timelines, and watching everything come to life is such a fun part of this role. Throw in my passion for all things digital strategy: social media, digital advertising, overall marketing campaigns, and more - my job here at Paradigm, doesn't feel like much of a "job."

When I’m not working you can catch me obsessing over my 115 pound Cane Corso dog, Blue! My world revolves around him and he’s the best gentle giant a girl could ask for. I also love spending time with my friends and family, watching any type of sports game or Real Housewives, and binging any & all podcasts and documentaries!
