A website that houses all the client needs

When we first met with Regency Homebuilders to talk about their website, we knew the main challenge was going to be taking their existing site and totally rethinking the user experience - not only for their customers but also for their employees working in the backend of the site.

Regency needed a website that was beautiful, easy to navigate, and a starting point for an enjoyable home buying experience. They required a robust content management system able to keep up with the frequent content updates, custom integrations with an existing CRM, live chat functionality, and home filtering/search features.

We designed and developed a custom website using our web platform of choice, Craft CMS. Here are a few highlights we implemented to meet a variety of needs:


We reconsidered the site layout so that it is simple and easy to navigate. We updated the design so that it would act as a visual representation of the quality of their work and personality.


The backend is very user-friendly and with some complicated content entries, we had to figure out a way to make it intuitive for the client. There are content items that, though they show in multiple places on the website, they only have to enter the content item in one time. They can also pre-schedule content in drafts so that when a price update is needed, they can set a date for the content to go live.


We created a robust search & filter functionality so that users can search for Ready Now Homes and Floorplans based on their needs and wants (price range, square footage, bedroom, bathroom, neighborhood.) These pages are also their top-visited pages and it was important to place these high on the site hierarchy.


The Regency marketing team wanted a lot of flexibility with the new backend, and Craft allows them to create their own custom blogs and gallery pages to show off their portfolio. The site has fast load times even though it holds over 2,700 images.


Not only is the entire site custom designed and developed, but we also integrated all of their contact forms into an existing CRM so that they can track leads and top-visited pages per user. There wasn’t an out-of-the-box way to connect the two, so we wrote some custom code in order to meet their needs.
